Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to customers in both English and French
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working in a customer service or support role
