Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Alligator Freight Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising our drivers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our drivers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure our drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and vehicles
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a positive attitude
