Job Title: Food Assembly Supervisor

Ma'feli Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Assembly Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and assembly of food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train staff on quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of 5-15 staff members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
