Product Manager

At BMO, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, including prioritization and resource allocation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements and user manuals.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including metrics such as customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
