Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Plan and prepare menus for our sushi dishes, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Chef Management

Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Inventory Management

Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all sushi dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
