Our Mission:We strive to provide a comprehensive range of services, including general dentistry, cosmetic enhancements, and oral surgery, to promote vibrant, healthy smiles. Our team is dedicated to supporting local sports teams and contributing to essential charities, such as Walk for the Cure.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
- Review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure compliance with provincial health regulation standards.
- Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, prioritizing patient safety.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement, and retention of patients.
- Support recruitment efforts and interview dental professionals to assess their fit.
- Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, retail sales, or customer service environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role, contributing to business operations, including staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management.
- Strong business acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs.
