Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a direct vendor with the employer, this full-time, contract opportunity is available with a leading North American company in Waterloo, ON.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing. The successful candidate will ensure timely payments to Canadian and US employees, manage ADP Global View, and handle Human Resources, Variable Compensation, and Finance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process payments to employees
* Manage ADP Global View
* Handle Human Resources, Variable Compensation, and Finance tasks
* Calculate manual cheques when required
* Complete the Year-End Process and file all applicable tax year-end filings
* Identify and process taxable benefits
* SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a plus

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing
* Experience with ADP Global View
* Human Resources, Variable Compensation, and Finance knowledge
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment
