Vice President of Client Services Operations Manager

About the Opportunity:
The Vice President of Client Services is responsible for delivering quality, timely, and accessible client services aligned with the organization's strategic plan commitments and objectives. This role oversees the development and implementation of program business plans and budgets while providing support to client services teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and accountability for clinical operations and integrated direction of client services
- Oversees recruitment, orientation, performance management, professional development, and engagement of client services team members
- Identifies emerging opportunities and collaborates with leadership to take action
- Leads working committees to establish a network of partners for client services
- Demonstrates leadership by fostering accountability and continuous quality improvement
About You:
To be successful in this role, you must have a master's level education in Health, Social Sciences, or a related clinical discipline, along with a minimum of seven years of experience in leadership and operational management of clinical staff. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to manage changing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
