Job Title: Glass Installation Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Assistant to join our team at Alberta Glass and Railing Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Help medical examiners in charge with their duties.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Repetitive tasks and weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves are required.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
