Job Summary

This Transportation Manager EMEA will be responsible for designing and implementing global transportation strategies to meet the company's business objectives. The role involves leading the global transportation team, supervising RFQs, approving carriers, and developing KPIs to measure performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to optimize transportation operations and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in transportation, including 3 years of transportation management experience with budget responsibility. Knowledge of parcel handling processes, transportation regulations, and SAP S4 system is essential. Fluency in French is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement global transportation strategies to achieve business objectives
* Lead the global transportation team to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers
* Supervise global RFQs and approve carrier selection
* Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance for quality, financial, and service objectives
* Ensure compliance with transportation regulations in each region
