Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. As a Product Designer, you'll design products that help bring new users into Stripe and provide them with a strong foundation for success. You'll work closely with our marketing, brand, and dashboard teams to create seamless onboarding experiences and help users discover and use Stripe for the first time.
Key Responsibilities- Design industry-leading experiences that reduce friction for new users onboarding to Stripe
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, marketers, and lawyers to shape product experiences that help people start and scale their businesses on Stripe
- Partner with our user research team to support ongoing research projects and contribute to design reviews
- Work closely with our partner teams to support their growth and onboarding needs
- 3+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Experience designing onboarding journeys, product demos, or other growth-related domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to align a broad set of stakeholders
- Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use
- Experience with A/B testing or designing in analytical/data-driven contexts
- Skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders regularly
At Stripe, we offer a competitive salary range of $127,400 - $191,100, equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends. We're a hybrid company, offering the flexibility to work from home or in one of our offices.
