Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmasave. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop the skills of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
- Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, including medication management and health education.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and supply chain management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including pharmacy laws and standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
