About the Role:
Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Sell new and used material handling equipment to existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Marketing and Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services to customers and prospects.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Stay current on product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Administrative and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of sales success in the material handling industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French being an asset.
