Job Title: Aviation Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Aviation Contracts Manager to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts related to large airport projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and collaborating with commercial managers to create accurate reporting on contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts, including contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
  • Ensure contract compliance across the program and educate delivery teams on their contractual obligations.
  • Work with commercial managers to maintain accurate contract performance reporting.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the career development of staff.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws.
  • Knowledge of building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate large groups of stakeholders, including workshop facilitation.
  • Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
