  • Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete necessary documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, resolving issues and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to address technical issues and maintain a smooth operation of the self-service area.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
