We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator – Electrical Engineering to oversee the smooth execution of building projects in the Ottawa region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project contracts and ensure terms are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor electrical installations and ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to solve problems and keep projects on track.
  • Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
  • Evaluate electrical work against quality standards and Canadian Electrical Code requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract administration or construction management for building projects.
  • CET, P.Eng., or similar designation is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
