Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investment analysis and execute transactions to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, consultants, and peers to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including sensitivity analyses and financial projections, to inform investment decisions.
- Participate in the preparation of investment recommendation memorandums and present to various committees as required.
- Represent the NR Team across the Timber, Agriculture, Seafood, and Investment Industries, actively networking and building deal-flow.
- Monitor financial and operating results, interact with management and operating partners, and work alongside management teams of portfolio companies to create value.
