Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Disinfection and Polishing: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
