About the Opportunity
This position plays a critical role in the 'we can do that' operation at Newmarket Nissan Infiniti. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments, explaining recommended and required vehicle maintenance, and acting as the initial contact for customer concerns or complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
- Explaining recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
- Contacting customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
- Acting as the initial contact for customer concerns or complaints
- Opening and closing internal work orders
- Coordinating new car and used car clean-ups
- Working with internal technicians to ensure vehicle readiness for delivery
- Ensuring vehicle inspections are completed before customer pickup
About You
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales and customer handling. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
