Key Responsibilities- Design and execute talent management strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Develop annual talent programs to support leaders and employees, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Contribute to a learning organization through talent programs, including 360 feedback, mentoring, and culture initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their career development and growth.
- Partner with other departments to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Execute programs and initiatives that accelerate productivity and integration of new employees.
- Design and deliver training programs in support of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging (DIEB).
- Utilize Talent Management software to track employee performance and capture feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in Education, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in Talent program design, execution, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in talent management software and tools preferred.
- Previous people leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Belonging (DIEB) and Accessibility are considered an asset.
- Extended DISC certification is considered an asset.
