About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team at Trimac Transportation. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and executing practical talent programs tailored for business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute talent management strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop annual talent programs to support leaders and employees, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Contribute to a learning organization through talent programs, including 360 feedback, mentoring, and culture initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their career development and growth.
  • Partner with other departments to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
  • Execute programs and initiatives that accelerate productivity and integration of new employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs in support of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging (DIEB).
  • Utilize Talent Management software to track employee performance and capture feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in Education, Human Resources, Adult Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or HR.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience in Talent program design, execution, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficiency in talent management software and tools preferred.
  • Previous people leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, Diversity, Belonging (DIEB) and Accessibility are considered an asset.
  • Extended DISC certification is considered an asset.
