Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Store and retrieve food and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods
- Package take-out food and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
