Project Manager

At VERB Interactive, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and creative, to ensure project success
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial compliance
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or technology agency
  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
