Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Contractor Management: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of our establishment, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency.
- Safety and Security: Conduct regular safety and security checks to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Heavy Lifting and Moving: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or repair role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
