About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the planning and execution of submetering projects for Metergy Solutions Inc. This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize submetering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Manage project budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost control measures where necessary.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including conducting project meetings and managing project documentation.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical and/or metering industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, organizing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as Measurement Canada, Electrical Safety Authority, TSSA, OEB, Industry Canada, and CSA.
