The Organizational Learning Advisor is a critical role in ensuring the success of our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in education or training management, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate new trainers on aspects of Bombardier training processes and standards.
  • Create schedules to track instructor evaluations and communicate them to trainers.
  • Conduct trainer audits during training programs and provide feedback to trainers.
  • Develop learning solutions for various projects with project teams' assistance.
  • Participate in Dry-Run and 'train the trainer' of new learning solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or training management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including managing multiple assignments and prioritizing work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Clever engagement of peers and stakeholders to see you as an important partner meeting their needs.
  • Fostering teamwork by networking, bringing synergy to the team, and mobilizing resources for execution.
  • Meeting work obligations through effective work habits like meeting deadlines and showing respect to others.
  • Understanding and integrating Transport Canada requirements.
