About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Advisor to join our Strategy & Business Process team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and modernization initiatives across our Financial Markets Operations sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and implementation of business process optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Automation: Determine and implement actions to automate operational processes, simplifying and streamlining our financial markets operations.
  • Cross-Functional Process Management: Determine business needs, manage impacts on financial markets operations, and recommend optimal solutions to maximize a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders and work to align different interests to drive business outcomes.
  • Prioritization and Profitability: Manage priorities and ensure the profitability of improvements/solutions delivered according to business value.
  • Operational Excellence: Challenge current operating modes and business rules to drive operational excellence.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Proactively communicate results, issues, and risks to management and facilitate workshops to redefine team activities.
  • Change Management: Support and equip managers and employees to integrate new processes into their daily operations.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the transformation and modernization of our Financial Markets Operations sector. Our team is focused on evolving processes, data, and systems for trade settlement, securities lending and borrowing, listed derivatives, and custody.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed, related to the field of activity, and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree completed, related to the field of activity, and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience in process automation, process reengineering, and continuous improvement, as well as experience in a consulting role with management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership of influence demonstrated during deliveries/deployments of initiatives.
  • Skills: Demonstrate a synthesis spirit and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
