Business Analyst RoleThe Business Analyst role is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to be a frontline change agent for our clients. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing reliable data and rock-solid analysis to support decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and influence clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of measurable improvements and the implementation of processes and systems that sustain ongoing improvements.
- Work closely with other team members and client team members to collect and analyze data, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Take on front-line coaching roles, especially with client analysts, to broaden management experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients.
- Demonstrated passion for results.
- Fluency in English.
- Above-average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI advantageous).
At Partners in Performance, you will learn both traditional management consulting tools and our business transformation methodologies. You will be coached to coach and develop clients and colleagues, and participate in a wide range of formal and informal training opportunities. You will acquire many skills necessary to prepare for a future leadership position.
