About Our OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our System Integration Digital Health team as a Provider Experience Lead. This role will focus on understanding the experiences and insights of providers as they interact with the Nova Scotia Health System, and identifying opportunities to improve the digital experience of care delivery.
Primary Accountabilities- Develop a deep understanding of the provider experience within the Nova Scotia Health System.
- Identify provider needs through data, insights, and engagement to inform digital investments.
- Continuously improve the digital delivery of care by identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the development of policy and guidelines related to providers.
- Advocate on behalf of providers as a compassionate leader.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree plus 6 years of progressive experience in a related field. They will be self-motivated, a relationship builder, problem solver, and continuous learner. They will also possess significant experience managing engagement with internal and/or external stakeholders, and excellent strategizing, organizational, and planning skills.
