We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Value Village in Concord, ON L4K 3B9. This is a full-time opportunity to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members.
About You
You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and inclusivity. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain store appearance, adhering to company standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities
Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect:
