Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Technician to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment;
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, pumps, and other mechanical systems;
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement process improvements;
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment;
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Valid Interprovincial Ticket or equivalent;
  • Experience working with hydraulic systems and mechanical equipment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Commitment to working safely and maintaining a healthy work environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to read blueprints, plans, and schematics;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
