Systems Analyst

ATCO Electric is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our Operational Technology Infrastructure team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and mitigating cyber security risk via patch management, providing physical and electronic access to colleagues, and performing proactive health checks on ATCO Electric's Operational Technology assets.

Evaluate Cyber Security Risk and Mitigate: Utilize patch management techniques to identify and address potential cyber security vulnerabilities.

Identity Access Management: Manage physical and electronic access to ensure secure and compliant access for colleagues.

System Maintenance: Perform proactive health checks on ATCO Electric's Operational Technology assets to ensure system reliability and availability.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Education: Diploma in Computer Systems Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, or Network Engineering Technology from a recognized technical institute.

Experience: Two years of experience in three or more of the following areas: installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cyber security measures; structured programming in higher level languages; working with and administering operating systems; installing, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting Intel-based workstations and servers; administering and maintaining SCADA/EMS application or process control software; and TCP/IP network administration.

Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems, network administration, and cyber security principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
