We are seeking an exceptional Lead Human-Centered Designer to join our team at Paymentus Holdings Inc.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum. The role will involve leading the design process to create user-centered solutions that meet both business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and evaluate business and user requirements through thorough research and analysis.
  • Create effective designs that showcase original ideas in storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality graphics and user interface elements that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions related to core and new functions and features.
  • Present research, analyses, designs, and results to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a UX Designer, intern, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, testing, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of ADA compliance is preferred.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The occasional need to lift up to 15 pounds may arise.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel, estimated at up to 5% of the time, may be required depending on business needs.
