About the Role

The Digital Solutions Manager will play a key role in supporting the vision of our digital transformation strategy. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and shape the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Work closely with IT to translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure successful implementation
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of innovative ideas that focus on being market leaders
  • Represent the business during the development life cycle and ongoing enhancements of key operational systems
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma in a related field, such as Commerce, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in the Transportation/Aerospace industry, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving customer experience through digital solutions
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
