Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising construction teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinating and scheduling activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Estimating costs and materials for projects
  • Preparing production and other reports
  • Training or arranging for training of construction staff
Requirements:

To be successful as a Construction Supervisor, you will need:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Work Environment:

The Construction Supervisor will work outdoors and in various locations, including construction sites and offices.
