Sales Team Lead

Xanthe Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends and customer behavior.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment, and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Dental plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 30-40 hours per week.
