Sales Team Lead

Xanthe Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage work schedules, and oversee the sales floor.
- Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives.
- Authorize returns, resolve customer complaints, and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Dental plan.
- Permanent work term.
- English language.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
