Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Uhaul Co. (Canada) Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage store inventory and merchandise
- Order and receive merchandise
- Authorize returns and exchanges
- Customer Service and Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
