Retail Store Manager

At CANADIAN TIRE GAS BAR, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage store budgets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
