Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Keep records of the quantities of food used to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a positive attitude.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing food display.
- Take customers' orders and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies in a safe and responsible manner.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
As a Food Counter Attendant at McDonald's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
