About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Team Lead to join our team at Dynamite Clothing. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive shopping experience for our customers and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize inventory management to meet customer demand and maintain visual/merchandising presentation standards
  • Contribute to increasing sales and customer satisfaction through effective sales floor replenishment and eCom order fulfillment
  • Manage shipment processing and ensure seamless inventory management
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 2 years of retail experience
  • Effective time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills, and Computer Skills are an asset
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
