About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team at ALECTRA ELECTRICAL SERVICES LTD. As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with safety codes and regulations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand electrical system designs.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical systems to ensure prompt repairs.
  • Estimate costs and materials for electrical projects and renovations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in electrical work.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week of work.
  • English as the primary language of work.
