Job Summary

Tundra Transfer Ltd. is seeking a skilled Delivery Route Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Delivery Route Specialist, you will be responsible for operating vehicles to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to transport goods and merchandise.
  • Sell products over established routes to customers.
  • Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products at customer locations.
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any issues encountered during trips.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
  • Criminal record check and bondable.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
  • Experience an asset.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • 30-40 hours of work per week.
