Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent budgeting, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

About the Role
  • Budgeting and Finance:

The successful candidate will prepare and submit detailed budget estimates, manage project costs, and ensure that all expenses are in line with company policies.

Project Planning:

The Construction Project Manager will plan and coordinate project timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

Contract Management:

They will be responsible for preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.

Quality Control:

The Construction Project Manager will establish and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring that all construction work meets the required standards.

Purchasing and Logistics:

They will direct the purchase of building materials, equipment, and services, and oversee the transportation and storage of goods.

Reporting:

The successful candidate will provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Operations Management:

They will oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively.
