Early Years Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and certified Early Years Teacher to join our team at Whistler Waldorf School. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Waldorf Education and Early Childhood Education, with a passion for creating a warm and inclusive learning environment. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents and colleagues to support student success
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in Early Childhood Education
  • Collaborating with other faculty members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certification in Waldorf Education and/or Early Childhood Education
  • Experience working with young children in a Waldorf or similar educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and self-reflection
