We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at Accounting & Tax Avenue Inc. as a Strategic Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize ROI.
  • Team Management: Supervise 1-2 team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Client Focus: Maintain a client-focused approach to ensure that all marketing efforts meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, team player, and interpersonal awareness.
