Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate patient transfers
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- One year of recent experience working in a related area of care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
