Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Cricket store Edmonton Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cash wrap and surrounding areas
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
