- Lead and Manage Client Relationships: Lead and manage a portfolio of top-tier marketing clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth.
- Analyze Campaign Performance Data: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage and Mentor Marketing Teams: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within performance marketing.
- 10+ Years of Marketing Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with experience executing marketing campaigns and strategies for 30+ clients.
- Agency Experience: Agency experience is a must.
- Strong Digital Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and attribution models.
- Paid Media Expertise: Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Management Experience: Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Marketing Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
