About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying and maintaining product displays.
  • Participate in sales promotions, events, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
