Job Summary
At ELITE D. BROTHERS INC., we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week
